History Of The Show

Bourne Motor Racing Club celebrated their 10th Anniversary in 2006 and as part of the celebrations we held a car show in Bourne Lincolnshire.

With the aim of displaying a cross section of classic cars, motorcycles and light commercial vehicles the club, with the help of sponsorship from local businesses, pulled off what can only be described as a very successful event.

The Wellhead proved to be ideal location which gave the event the feel of being part of the town whilst still providing enough space to display the wide entry that comprised over 170 vehicles in 2006. Following the initial success the club has since arranged the show as an annual event. In 2011 we had over 330 entries and many interested spectators.

The show has grown to include craft stalls, music and refreshments. There are also many attractions in the town of Bourne which is 2 minutes walk away.
